Kinetic Energy of a Ball

 A sphere with radius $r$ is placed in the inside of hemispherical bowl of radius $R$. The sphere is released from rest when the angle from vertical is $\theta$ then rolls without slipping. Determine the angular velocity and the linear velocity of the sphere if (a) The sphere is solid with uniform mass density and (b) The sphere is hollow with uniform mass density.
